Technocrat Infotech Pvt. Ltd. – synonymous to IT Hardware was formed on 15.10.1995 by Mr. Asif Khan and Mr. Debasish Biswas. The primary objective of the company is to cater to the ever increasing needs of IT industry by procuring & delivering quality products from world class manufacturing companies at affordable price.
The company lived up to its expectation since inception and grew from strength to strength with each year as a team. The Company has started with just 2 employees from a small setup and today with 7 branches and 2 IT Malls and 3 warehouses in just 14 years. The employee strength also grew from an initial two people to hundred and fifty plus in 2010 and current turnover of over of 850 Millions and expected to close at 1170 Millions by FY 2009 - 2010.
We started our business with L & T, HP and APC as a dealer in the year 1995. With the change of time our business grew. In between, we joined hands with Epson in 1999 and from 1st April 2005, EPSON appointed us as a Regional Distributor for the East. Later in the year 2001, we became the sole Distributor and Solution Providers for Dax. Perle, Eicon, Nordx and Specialix range of Networking Products and from April 2007, Xerox appointed as regional distributor for laser printers, copier, MFD, Digital printers. The latest feather to our cap being our appointment as the National Distributor of A-data Memories and Storage Devices.
The infrastructure, efficiency and excellent working skills of our Technical Support Team have been proved by the percentage of growth we have achieved in the past few years. With the co-operation and support of our Principal companies and by dint of hard work we could place ourselves as one of the most leading I.T. Dealer & Distribution Company.
We are the Life Member of COMPASS (Computer Association of Eastern India), JCWA (Jharkhand Computer Welfare Association) Chhatishgarh Computer and Media Dealer Association, NITO (North Bengal IT Traders Organisation) & ITDAS (IT Dealer Association of Siliguri).
